Meals on Wheels are delivered daily in the village of Great Longstone. Ten meals is our upper limit both for catering purposes and delivery.  The food is all home made and arrives hot, delivered by volunteers.  The two courses currently cost £2.25 per day.  Most people are referred to us by their GP, Social Services or concerned relatives. Please do contact us to see if we have any spaces.

Day Care is available for those local people who may benefit from the extra support that Thornhill House can offer.

Respite care is offered when we have a room available.

The Senior Citizens club meets at Thornhill House once a fortnight on Tuesdays in the afternoon.
