A Trip to the Deep
Would anybody like to come with us
on a trip to `The Deep' in Hull? The
Deep is a submarium which involves
tropical lagoons and icy waters of
Antarctica. The trip will take place on
Tuesday 16

May leaving Ashford and
Bakewell at approx. 9.00am returning
no later than 7.00pm. The cost will be
£15 including entrance to the deep. If

Meet outside Great Longstone School
at 6.30pm for a 3-mile walk, with a
steep climb up to Longstone Edge, to
look at hay meadows, ponds and
heathlands around Longstone and
Longstone Moor. Finish 9.00pm.

GLCC Fixtures 2006
We are currently working on a fixture
booklet which will be delivered to
houses in the village in May. This year
we are playing on Wednesday nights
in the Longstone League and friendly
cricket on Sundays. Our first game
is on Wednesday May 8
